Privacy, short version.

What we collect

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We also use Leadsy for B2B visitor identification and lead analytics, and the OpenAI Pixel to measure when a visitor starts the appointment booking flow. The Meta Pixel and Google Analytics also measure how much of our intro video you watch and how our Meta ads perform. These services may collect pages visited, approximate location, IP address, device and browser details, referral source, and may set cookies. Leadsy may infer the company associated with a visit. We don't sell this data. We only load these non-essential services after you accept them in the privacy banner; rejecting them leaves them disabled. Separately, we run our own self-hosted Umami instance for cookieless, aggregate statistics (pages visited, referral source, campaign tags, video plays and booking-button clicks). It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you or follow you across sites, so it runs without a banner choice. Server access logs (IP, user-agent, requested path) are kept by the hosting provider for standard operational purposes.

One thing works whether or not you accept the banner: if you arrive through a campaign link, we read its UTM parameters (such as the source and campaign name) from the address, keep them in your browser's session storage for that visit, and add them to the link that opens our booking page. We use this only to know which campaign a booking came from. It stays between this site and our own self-hosted booking page and is not sent to any third party. Your banner choice is also stored in your browser's local storage.

When you book a call

The "Book intro call" button opens cal.kiia.cloud, a Cal.com instance we self-host. Whatever you submit there (name, email, optional notes) is stored on our infrastructure, not on Cal.com's cloud, and is only used to prepare and run the call.

When you email us

If you write to hello@kiia.cloud, we keep the email so we can reply and follow up on the project. We don't add you to any marketing list, and we don't share the address with anyone.

Third parties

The fonts are self-hosted (Zodiak and General Sans from Fontshare, served from /fonts/). The booking widget is our own Cal.com instance. Google Analytics and the privacy-enhanced YouTube player are provided by Google; their data handling is covered by Google's Privacy Policy. The landing page embeds a YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode, which may send Google your IP address, browser details, and player interactions when it loads. Leadsy provides B2B visitor identification across the site. OpenAI provides the pixel used for appointment conversion measurement. Meta provides the Meta Pixel used to measure our Meta ads; its data handling is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy. We don't load Google Fonts or Hotjar.
