Privacy, short version.

What we collect

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We also use Leadsy for B2B visitor identification and lead analytics, and the OpenAI Pixel to measure when a visitor starts the appointment booking flow. These services may collect pages visited, approximate location, IP address, device and browser details, referral source, and may set cookies. Leadsy may infer the company associated with a visit. We don't sell this data. Server access logs (IP, user-agent, requested path) are kept by the hosting provider for standard operational purposes.

When you book a call

The "Book intro call" button opens cal.kiia.cloud, a Cal.com instance we self-host. Whatever you submit there (name, email, optional notes) is stored on our infrastructure, not on Cal.com's cloud, and is only used to prepare and run the call.

When you email us

If you write to hello@kiia.cloud, we keep the email so we can reply and follow up on the project. We don't add you to any marketing list, and we don't share the address with anyone.

Third parties

The fonts are self-hosted (Zodiak and General Sans from Fontshare, served from /fonts/). The booking widget is our own Cal.com instance. Google Analytics and the privacy-enhanced YouTube player are provided by Google; their data handling is covered by Google's Privacy Policy. The landing page embeds a YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode, which may send Google your IP address, browser details, and player interactions when it loads. Leadsy provides B2B visitor identification across the site. OpenAI provides the pixel used for appointment conversion measurement. We don't load Google Fonts, Meta Pixel, or Hotjar.
